We talked about the steps of planting a seed. 
Then we talked about what plants need to grow.
We linked it to the lifecycle of a plant, and why it is important for plants to keep growing. 
Then we let the kids plant their own seeds. This was an independent activity.
The kids did great!
We remembered to take turns watering our seeds this morning.
Now that they've had a bit of practice, we will send the pots home for the kids to take action :)
