We started the week with some Maths - and we did addition by counting classmates!

Then we played some fun games in the addition boxes.
This helped with number recognition, as well as the concept of addition.
Some of us practiced addition by applying it to 'going shopping'.
Then we challenged ourselves by trying out addition with numbers bigger than 5. As we couldn't use our fingers for this, we used numicon blocks to help us.
Literacy
We revised letter formation of 'h' and 'n' and learnt that one of them has a longer back than the other.
We watched some alphablocks to help us blend three letter words. Then we challenged ourselves with four letter words.
We also did a 'can you listen and find the camera words' game. We worked in pairs and learnt to use our confidence to help each other.
